Downtown Santa Cruz Wine Walk

It was a perfect Sunday on Pacific Avenue for tasting the best of the Santa Cruz Mountains. All from right here in the heart of the Central Coast as Downtown Santa Cruz presented the Downtown Santa Cruz Wine Walk. Lots of people came out to enjoy tastings from the best of our local wineries while strolling through some of their favorite Downtown shops. Check in was at Abbott Square for passes and glasses, and a map of the pouring locations, then people were free to do an afternoon of tasting and discovering. This walking event went from 3-6 pm.

–Annieglass (110 Cooper Street) was pouring Sones Cellar, Cancion del Mar, white blend and Winery choice Red.
–Artisan Gallery (1368 Pacific Avenue) was pouring Muns Vineyard, 2010 Pinot Noi and 2010 Syrah
–Shoe Fetish (1360 Pacific Avenue) was pouring Hallcrest Vineyards, 2009 Sauvignon Blanc and 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon. Food by An Epicurious Lifestyle.
–Om Gallery (1201 Pacific Avenue) was pouring Burrell School Winery, 2010 Estate Chardonnay and 2008 Estate Syrah
–True Olive Connection (106 Lincoln Street) was pouring MJA Vineyards, 2013 Sauvignon Blanc (Pope Valley) and 2011 Pinot Noir (Santa Cruz Mountains)
–L’Atelier Salon (114 Pearl Alley) was pouring Ser Wine Company, 2012 Pinot Noir (Santa Cruz Mountains) and 2012 Cabernet Pfeffer
–Jade (107 Locust Street) was pouring Villa del Monte, 2011 Pinot Noir (Regan Vineyards) and 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon (LindHill Vineyards)
–LEGS (1517 Pacific Avenue) was pouring Roudon-Smith Winery, 2010-2011 Chardonnay blend and 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon (Paso Robles)
–Chefworks (1527 Pacific Avenue) was pouring Bottle Jack, 2008 Firenze and 2012 Zinfandel
–Outfit This (1543 Pacific Avenue) was pouring Comanche Cellars, 2011 Chardonnay and 1010 Pinot Noir
–Flip Flop Shop (125 Pacific Avenue) was pouring Nicholson Vineyards, 2011 Terra Cotta Blend and 2010 Syrah

There was a very lighthearted, friendly atmosphere and people roamed, mingled and drank.
