The essence you get when you stroll into Armida is a charming, bright, rustic beach side winery. With a nice size tasting room that gets lots of sun light and has a nice view of the Capitola River, the family-owned business takes pride in its Zinfandel produce. Healdsburg, one of Sonoma County’s finest wine growing regions is where the Armida wine grapes are grown.  You will find by visiting this tasting room there are many local regulars and the room is dog friendly. Classic to Santa Cruz lifestyle, dogs are always welcome.

Armida is very well known for their patented Poizin blend which many recognize by the skull and crossbones on the label. If Sebastian is working when you visit, he is sure to make you feel like family and is very knowledgeable when it comes to wine. Armida wine tasting room is another sweet little stop while dropping into Capitola.
