Running lean on time? Give this super antioxidant, "meal on the go" smoothie a try!
Ingredients:
- 4 big spoons full of non or low-fat yogourt - 10 ounces of OJ - 1 banana - small bowl full of frozen berries - small cup of walnuts - 1/4 of cup of quaker oats - 1 packet of Oxylent - Add a little water if it's too thick for your liking...
Blend on high for 30 seconds and your good to go! Serves two large glasses. Approximately 24 ounces.
