4 cloves of garlic, minced

Avocados, tomatoes, olives, cilantro, or go crazy with your own toppings ideas!

Directions:

Set oven to 425 degrees

Mix sour cream, cream cheese, garlic and taco seasoning together in a medium size bowl. Set aside then spread black beans evenly to the bottom of a glass baking dish. Add mixture on top of beans and then spread shredded cheese evenly on top of mixture. Put in the oven until cheese starts bubbling around the sides. Take out of oven and add your favorite toppings. Use sweet peppers for dipping or your favorite tortilla chip! So Yummy!

1aaaabasilBacon Basil Wrapped Shrimp

This appetizer is so grub! Everyone at the Super Bowl Party will love you for making them. They will be gone in minutes, so make plenty for everyone.

24 fresh jumbo shrimp

24 pieces of large basil leaves

24 pieces of organic bacon

24 skewers for grilling or a large foil lined baking sheet for broiling

Directions:

Soak skewers for 30 min in cold water first. Meanwhile, clean and cut shrimp. De-vein if needed. Skewer the shrimp and wrap with a basil leaf and then wrap with bacon. Put shrimp on grill for 5-6 minutes turning once. When bacon has cooked thoroughly, the shrimp will be cooked.

For broiling put in oven for 7 minutes. No turning needed.

This recipe is incredibly easy and tastes absolutely fabulous!
