Tyler and the crew at Santa Cruz Waves would like to take your surfing and physical fitness to the next level. Whether you’ve been surfing for 10 years or just beginning, we will create a program that will lead you on a path to achieving your goals. Some of the aspects of our training and coaching include: * Overall Body awareness: We assess your strengths and weaknesses to figure out what type of routine you'll need to improve your surfing skills. * Contest strategy and preparation: Together we'll come up with a game plan and a specificied program to get results. * Mental awareness: What mind set is needed to achieve your goals. We'll show you the importance of "getting in the zone" * We also work on: Balance, strength, flexibilty, and stamina. Tyler is now collaborating with The Santa Cruz Integrative Medicine and Chi Center to put on a (Surf Conditioning Class) every Tuesday and Thursday from 7-8pm.
