Account Executive, Sarah Blincoe grew up in the small resort ski town of Keystone, Colorado. She was raised with an understanding of small business in a seasonal tourist town. Sarah spent her youth shredding the Rocky Mountains on skis, snowboards, longboards, t-boards, and snowskates. She is a board sport enthusiast and is stoked to learn the ways of the ocean in Santa Cruz. Sarah has a passion for community involvement and local business success. Working with Santa Cruz Waves has provided her the opportunity to connect with and promote local businesses. In her spare time she loves wading in tide pools photographing the local wildlife.

President & COO, Jon Free grew up living the Santa Cruz lifestyle from surfing to mountain biking and everything in between. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Business Management from SJSU. Jon’s past work experince includes Advertising Executive at CBS television and Director of Sales at Hotline Wetsuits. Jon is also an avid snowboarder, traveler and master grillman. In his spare time Jon can be found in the water or at the beach with his dogs.

Bradley King is Santa Cruz Waves food expert and brand ambassador. Brad is an avid surfer, and lover of all board sports. His creative mind inspires his work as an educator, foodie, traveler and admirer of the arts. Passion for sustainability and good living inspires him to live everyday to the fullest. In his spare time he enjoys playing music, adventuring new places, and hanging with friends.
